If WCAC includes in-product sharing (e.g., re-posts/embeds), you grant other WCAC users a non-exclusive license to view and share your public content within WCAC consistent with platform features. (This does not allow commercial use off-platform without your permission.)
You agree not to:
We may remove content or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform.
We may review, label, or remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines and, where appropriate, disable or terminate accounts. To report infringement, use legal@wecareaboutculture.com (DMCA/notice details provided on our site). Repeat infringers may be terminated.
Messages sent through WCAC must follow these Terms. We may use automated and human review to prevent abuse and keep the community safe. Creators can control whether to accept or respond to messages.
WCAC, our logos, code, designs, and original content are protected by IP laws and remain our property or our licensors’. Don’t use our marks without written permission.
Links or integrations (e.g., Stripe, translation, analytics) are provided for convenience. Their terms and privacy policies apply; we’re not responsible for third-party services.
WCAC is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WCAC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for user-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to WCAC in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify WCAC and our team against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using WCAC anytime and can delete your account in settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or for violations. Some sections (IP licenses granted, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, unless mandatory laws of your country require otherwise. Venue and jurisdiction: Philadelphia County, PA, except where local consumer law gives you rights to file closer to home.
